Custom spells: exori hur, max exori, exevo pox lux, exevo gran pox lux, exevo hur — they do not exist in plain 7.92.
Mana rune: 120–220 mana every 1,4 s, plus a bonus that grows with your level and magic level (up to +80), on its own cooldown — it does not block other runes.
Sprite wand: a wand from level 50 whose damage grows with your level and magic level.
Custom armors from the Annihilator of Mortha quest (level 200+): arcane dragon robe, dauntless dragon scale armor, soulshell.
