Every day at 20:00 one of seven bosses appears on the map, drawn from those that did not show up in the last two days. At 19:45 the whole server gets an announcement, and the !boss command tells you who is coming and where. The boss lives for 30 minutes, and everyone who takes part in the fight gets a reward: one item and experience: with average damage in the fight, 5% of the experience to the next level times your experience stage (about a quarter of a level at level 200); half of it depends on how much damage you dealt.
