Step 1 Into the caves south-west of Mortha
About 80 squares south-west of the Mortha temple drop into the hole at 31416,32343 on the surface. On floor 8 walk west to the hole at 31400,32341 and drop to floor 9. Bring a rope.
Step 2 Down to the dwarf tunnels
On floor 9 take the stairs at 31372,32329 down to floor 10 and walk north-west through the dwarf tunnels. The amazon shield lies in the chest at 31343,32307 (floor 10), from level 20. Dwarf guards, dwarf geomancers and banshees live there.
Step 3 Way back
Go up the stairs at 31372,32329, then use your rope at 31400,32341 (floor 9) and at 31416,32343 (floor 8).
