Step 1 Down to the lever room
The Annihilator starts in the Hero Cave north of Edron: cross the mountain pass over the ramps at 33241,31767 and 33216,31756 and drop through the hole at 33163,31636, then through the holes at 33161,31624 (floor 8), 33136,31593 (floor 9), 33169,31588 (floor 10), 33150,31595 (floor 11) and 33144,31589 (floor 12) to floor 13. Walk south along the corridor to 33146,31641, east along y 31641 to 33210,31641 and south along x 33210 to 33210,31671. Pass the gate of expertise at 33214,31671 (level 100) - every member of the team needs that level - and the door at 33216,31671 into the lever room. Bring a rope for the way back.
Step 2 Stand as a team of four
Four players stand on the stone tiles at 33222, 33223, 33224 and 33225 (y 31671, floor 13) - the lever works only when a player stands on each of them. The door at 33216,31671 lets every character through, also one who has already finished the quest, so a veteran can fill up the team.
Step 3 Pull the lever
One player pulls the lever at 33226,31671: the wall opens, six demons appear and the team is teleported inside. The lever then stays pulled for an hour and a half, so only one team at a time can be inside; it tells you how long is left.
Step 4 Take one reward and leave
Four chests stand at the north wall of the chamber: a demon armor, a magic sword, a stonecutter axe and a present with an annihilation bear. One reward per character - whoever takes the demon armor cannot take the magic sword. The magic forcefield at 33236,31659 at the east end of the chamber takes you back in front of the level 100 gate; the door at 33216,31671 lets you in again later, but the chests stay empty for you. Walk back the same way: climb the ladder at 33144,31589 (floor 13) and use your rope on the rope spots under the holes, from 33150,31595 (floor 12) up to 33163,31636 (floor 8).
