Step 1 Five holes south of Tobago
About 55 squares south of the Tobago temple drop into the hole at 31518,32041 and keep dropping: 31509,32031 (floor 8), 31503,32032 (floor 9), 31497,32035 (floor 10) and 31500,32034 (floor 11) take you down to floor 12. Warning: after the hole at 31503,32032 there is no way back to the surface.
Step 2 The level 60 gate
On floor 12 pass the gate of expertise at 31499,32052 (level 60) and take the stairs at 31501,32064 down to floor 13. Banshees, heroes, dragons, dragon lords and dwarves live on the way.
Step 3 Six chests
Six chests stand on floor 13, no level needed: a giant sword (31492,32064), a tower shield (31512,32064), 100 platinum coins (31492,32084), a stone skin amulet (31512,32084), a stealth ring (31500,32085) and boots of haste (31503,32085). Each chest opens once per character, so one character can take all six. Banshees, giant spiders and an undead dragon guard them.
