Helmet of the Ancients Quest
Step 1 Sail to Premy Island
Captain Rey in Mortha (or any other captain of the new continent) sails to Premy Island for 240 gold - say 'bring me to premy island' (premium only). From the Premy Island temple walk south-east along the mountain path: down the stairs at 31690,31885, up the ladder at 31709,31926, down the stairs at 31709,31943, up the ramp at 31714,31953 and down the stairs at 31736,31956.
Step 2 The tower and the level 150 gate
About 80 squares south-east of the temple climb the wooden stairs of the tower at 31763,32006 up to floor 4 and pass the gate of expertise at 31769,31998 (level 150). A chain of teleports behind it, from 31767,31998 on floor 4 to 31791,32036 on floor 8, takes you down to the vault on floor 9.
Step 3 Three levers, three gates of bars
On floor 9 three gates of bars block the corridor at 31777,32022, 31777,32005 and 31777,31989. Each opens with its lever: 31774,32027, 31772,32016 and 31783,31991. A lever works both ways - pulling it again puts the bars back. Pharaohs (Rahemos, Thalas, Omruc, Ashmunrah and others) and demon skeletons guard the vault.
Step 4 The chest
The helmet of the ancients lies in the chest at 31773,31981 (floor 9), from level 150. The teleport at 31779,31981 takes you back to the top of the tower.
