Step 1 Sail to New Land
Captain Rey in Mortha (or any other captain of the new continent) sails to New Land for 220 gold - say 'bring me to new land' (premium only). Avarus at the dock takes you back.
Step 2 Over the pirate walls
Right next to the dock go up the ramp at 31788,32371 and down the stairs at 31782,32377. Walk south to the ladder at 31796,32395, climb it and drop through the trapdoor at 31802,32380 into the pirate hideout.
Step 3 The chest
Lethal Lissy's shirt and Brutus Bloodbeard's hat lie together in the chest at 31786,32383, from level 60. Pirate corsairs, pirate cutthroats, pirate skeletons, a pirate ghost and tortoises live around. The ladder at 31802,32380 leads back out.
