Warlord Sword Quest
Step 1 Into the fortress on New Land
Sail to New Land: Captain Rey in Mortha (or any other captain of the new continent) takes you there for 220 gold - say 'bring me to new land' (premium only); Avarus at the dock takes you back. About 25 squares east of the dock go up the ramp at 31818,32363 and the stairs at 31831,32369 to floor 5 and use the teleport at 31830,32372 (the one at 31838,32373 brings you back). Go down the stairs at 31840,32347 (floor 5) and 31852,32373 (floor 6) and drop through the trapdoor at 31831,32348 to floor 8 - the ladder at the same spot leads back up.
Step 2 Two holes and the eastern stairs
On floor 8 take the stairs at 31842,32354 down to floor 9 and drop into the holes at 31855,32333 (floor 9) and 31860,32329 (floor 10). On floor 11 walk east to the stairs at 31894,32326 and go down to floor 12.
Step 3 Ferumbras' vault
On floor 12 the teleport at 31860,32333 takes you into the vault (31860,32341). Two chests stand at 31869,32383 and 31869,32387: a warlord sword and a dragon scale helmet, each from level 150 and each once per character. Two Ferumbras guard them and many more live on this floor, together with warlocks and demons - bring a strong team.
Step 4 Way out
The teleport at 31859,32341 takes you out of the vault. Go back up the stairs at 31894,32326, drop into the hole at 31845,32419 on floor 11, take the stairs at 31867,32435 down to floor 13 and use the teleport at 31865,32437 - it takes you back to the fortress on floor 5.
